P steel (coated CVD)
T9005 steel processing material; T9015 can achieve good coverage and peeling resistance through the double bridge effect; the special base T9025 and 4 kinds of material series can be applied to all fields of steel turning processing. T9035/T9005: Good performance in areas requiring wear resistance such as high-speed cutting. T9015: The balance of wear resistance and chipping resistance meets a wide range of cutting conditions. T9025: It has good chipping resistance in light to medium interrupted cutting. T9035: It has extremely high chipping resistance. It is more suitable for strong interrupted cutting.
M stainless steel
T6020 stainless steel processing material. M stainless steel T6030 adopts a combination of a special substrate and a high-density coating, which greatly improves the resistance to extreme wear and chipping. T6020: Suitable for medium-speed to high-speed areas, continuous to light interrupted cutting. T6030: Suitable for low-speed to medium-speed range, with high chipping resistance, continuous to intermittent cutting.
K cast iron
T5104: Cast iron, ductile iron, T5115: The coating adopts a columnar crystal Ti film with finer and higher hardness than before, which greatly improves the wear resistance. T5115: A general-purpose material that can achieve stable machining in a wide range of fields from continuous cutting to continuous and intermittent cutting. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
